Francine Mantyh

Chair | Coldwell Banker

Francine relocated to South Florida in 1983 from Upstate New York and moved to North Palm Beach in 2000 where she currently resides.  Prior to becoming a real estate professional in 2007, she was a Project Accountant for an international Landscape Design and Planning firm.  Her background with accounting and experience with developers/planners/designers provides her the necessary skills to be an outstanding, exceptional and fully satisfying realtor who goes beyond the expected.

An award-winning real estate professional, Francine was a Member of the International Sterling Society in 2018, 2000, and 2022. She earned the prestigious International President’s Circle award in 2021, and in March 2018 Francine was awarded the Community Leader Gold Award by The School District of Palm Beach County.  She was also honored as a finalist for the Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce Woman of the Year Award in 2020.

As a member of the Leadership Palm Beach County Focus Class of 2022, Francine was fortunate to delve into what makes Palm Beach County unique.  The opportunity to cultivate strong relationships with top professionals from the multitude of sectors and industries that form our county has positioned her as a leader in the Real Estate field.  

Andrew Huber

Vice-Chair | Bank of America

Andrew is a Managing Director at Bank of America Private Bank where he serves as a Wealth Strategies Advisor assisting clients with estate, financial and philanthropic planning.*  Prior to joining the bank (formerly known as U.S. Trust) in 2007, he practiced law in Miami and Palm Beach Gardens in the areas of wealth transfer tax, international tax and the taxation of commercial transactions.  Andrew earned his Bachelor of Arts from Emory University, his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, and his Masters of Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida College of Law.  Andrew holds the Accredited Estate Planner® and Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® designations.  Andrew grew up in an artistic household in his native Miami, and was delighted to learn of Bak when he moved to West Palm Beach in 2003.  Though he has no artistic talent himself, he is a proud parent of two Bak alumnae.  *Please note, Andrew does not provide tax or legal advice in his role at Bank of America Private Bank.

Lesley Sheinberg

Treasurer | Merin, Hunter, Codman, Inc.

Ms. Sheinberg specializes in the sale and leasing of commercial properties throughout Florida and the greater United States. She has completed over 2.5M SF of leasing and disposition transactions totaling approximately $350M. Ms. Sheinberg is a four-time NAI/Merin Hunter Codman Broker of the Year award recipient and has also earned the prestigious Costar Power Broker Award multiple times throughout her career. Before moving to West Palm Beach, Ms. Sheinberg specialized in commercial leasing in New York City. Although Lesley specializes in office and medical real estate, she is well versed in retail and industrial warehouse leasing and sales.

Gloria Puchon Briggs

Secretary | Arts Advocate

Gloria is a former broadcasting executive.  During her tenure with the ABC Radio Networks, she traveled the county, coast to coast, to expand the network’s lineup of affiliates. By creating a culture of integrity and comprehensive client service, Gloria developed mutually beneficial partnerships with radio station owners and national advertisers alike.  From her position as ABC’s Senior Director of Affiliate Marketing, she was recruited to lead national advertising sales for The Wall Street Journal Radio Network, a boutique business news network.  She proudly built a team that delivered record breaking sales revenues. Gloria relocated to Florida from NYC for personal reasons. Gloria is currently involved philanthropically in both Palm Beach County and in her summer community on Lake Winnipesaukee, NH where she enjoys applying her business skill-set.

Jenna Webb

Director | Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital

Jenna Webb has served as a Bak MSOA Foundation Board Director for 3 years and has a passion for curating meaningful relationships within the community. In her professional career, Jenna has worked in various roles related to business development, physician relations and network development at Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital. Recently married in 2023, she and her husband, and their dog, live in West Palm Beach and enjoy time with family and friends on the water and indulging in the local restaurant scene. She also enjoys travel on the weekends and loves spending her spare time dabbling in various design or fashion projects.

Whitney West

Director | Illustrated Properties

Whitney West was raised in Jupiter, Florida and has resided in the Palm Beach area for over 35 years. Her parents were educators here in Palm Beach County for over 30 years and they instilled in her, a passion for education and the arts.  As a former ballet dancer and proud graduate and prior Artist in Residence at Dreyfoos School of the Arts, Whitney is honored to serve as a member of the Bak Middle School of the Arts Foundation’s Board. 

Whitney is a Realtor with Illustrated Properties in Palm Beach Gardens and former Vice President at the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County and brings an extensive knowledge of the region and a wide network of connections to her board seat.  She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Central Florida, completed FAU’s Women in Executive Leadership Program in 2018 and is a 2022 graduate of Leadership Palm Beach County.  A warm, direct, and effective communicator who enjoys problem solving at work and at home, she is happy to serve the students and staff of Bak MSOA.  Most important to Whitney, is her cherished role as mom to two little boys.  She and her family reside happily in the beautiful City of Palm Beach Gardens.

Sally Rozanski

Director | Principal, Bak Middle School of the Arts

Sally Rozanski has been the principal of Bak Middle School of the Arts since 2013 after serving as the principal of Plumosa School of the Arts. She attended Florida State University on a volleyball scholarship, obtaining two bachelor's degrees and accomplishing feats that would secure her spot in the FSU Athletic Hall of Fame. During her 39 years in education as a teacher, district administrator, principal, and earner of two master’s degrees, she has seen the positive influence and life-long impact The Arts has had on her students. Under her leadership, Bak MSOA was recognized as a 2020 Blue Ribbon Award winner as an Exemplary High Performing School, a distinction only bestowed upon twenty-five middle schools in the nation.


Susy Diaz Piesco

Executive Director | Bak Middle School of the Arts Foundation

Susy is a proud graduate of both Palm Beach State College and Florida Atlantic University holding a Bachelor of Arts degree with a dual major in Political Science and Social Sciences, as well as a Master of Arts degree in Political Science, magna cum laude. She also holds a certification in Ethnic Studies from FAU, and certificates from the Florida Institute of Government and Florida Institute for Political Leadership.

Susy’s professional career has spanned multiple sectors including public, private, and not-for-profit. In 2013, she was named Executive Director for the Middle School of the Arts Foundation where she works tirelessly, securing resources that provide educational enrichment for the students at Bak, as well as employment income for local artists.

She is an active alumna of Leadership Palm Beach County, a member of the Forum Club of the Palm Beaches, and serves on the Greenacres City Council. In her spare time, Susy enjoys all things arts and culture, and traveling with her husband Michael and their three children, all of which are public art school graduates.
